Synopsis
Texas Senator Ken Dixson is assassinated at a campaign rally, and right away, the FBI settles on Dale Howard Osbourne, age 22, as the lone gunman. But, Detective Tyrell Banks doesn't buy it. "He would have had to be Buffalo Bill to pull off that shooting," he tells his Chief. And that starts a 3-day intensive to find out what really happened before the FBI shows up to collect the prisoner and take over the whole case. It's Tye versus the FBI.
Starring Mickeal Freeland as Detective Tyrell Banks
The story is told entirely from the perspective of Detective Banks, thus, Mickeal Freeland is in every scene. It is a race against time, with the power and resources of the federal government weighing on him. Who really killed the Senator? And why is the FBI, "which is an arm of the President's Justice Department" so driven to prosecute Dale? (played by Cole Springer) Years of experience and honed intution have given Tye Banks the ability to smell a rat, and he knows very well that that rat isn't Dale Howard Osbourne.

Three Days or Else is the story of a brazen detective who refuses to yield to power, who, while investigating a murder, uncovers a historical truth that goes to the root of why the Senator was killed- and by whom. It is the most intense three days you are ever going to experience. Played masterfully by Mickeal Freeland, with solid support from Samuel French, Rick Watson, Michael Nettles, Shawntell Anderson, and Sophia Colwell.

The Opening
Joe Haladin, having lost his job as Sheriff, has become a private investigator, and is hired by a well-to-do woman to investigate her twin nieces, Abigail and Colette Townsend, age 19. Their parents are dead, and they have disappeared into a religious cult that is run by the charismatic, and also very dashing, Reverend Case Jones.
The Development
So, Joe visits Reverend Jones at the Shrine of the Hills Church, only to find out that the twins are indeed there, but may or may not be willing to meet with him. But, from years of experience, the former Sheriff Joe Haladin's intution is telling him that something is wrong.
The Twist
However, Colette does meet with him and says that she is not under duress. However, she is vague about why Abbie doesn't want to. And it's his search for Abbie, the missing sister, that takes Joe Haladin down a rabbit hole that he could not have imagined. This is film noir at its best. Starring, from Killers of the Flower Moon, Samuel French, with support from Arriane Martin, Reagan Kelly, Clinton Springer, & Carlton Caudle.

Synopsis
Terrorists descend on a small Texas town to assassinate a visiting Senator, but standing in their way is the town's very capable sheriff, Joe Haladin. But, this is no Captain America story. It's not like an old Western. Two formidable men are going to collide over the life of the Senator, but there is more to the story than that. This movie has a message about war and terrorism, and it will clutch at you as much as the inevitable clash between two indomitable men.
Director & Cast
Starring as Sheriff Joe Haladin is Jeff Weber, an actor from Austin who is also a singer/songwriter, a published author, and a former rodeo cowboy. Playing the lead warrior Abdul Latif Hassan is Junes Zahdi, a classically trained and multilingual actor, originally from Morocco, The very popular and versatile Texas actor Mike Gassaway stars as Senator Harlan Cruthers, and actress/dancer/costume designer Hailley Lauren, also from Austin, stars as Carrie, the sheriff's wife. This film was directed by Erich Kemp, written by Ralph Cinque, and produced by Jason Ninness.
Terrorists in Texas!
My Stretch of Texas Ground was filmed the summer of 2018 in Bastrop County, Texas with the exception of two scenes shot in Los Angeles and one scene that was filmed at the Texas State Capitol in Austin.
